What This Warranty Covers
Defects in materials or manufacturing workmanship.
Malfunctions occurring under normal, intended use within 1 year of the original purchase date.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling (e.g., dropping, crushing, exposure to liquids).
Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repair attempts.
Normal wear and tear (e.g., ear cushions, cosmetic scratches from regular use).
Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or environmental conditions.
Use with incompatible hardware or software.
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or second-hand markets.
Products without valid proof of purchase.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If your ROWNFUSNY headset exhibits a covered defect within the 1-year warranty period, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our dedicated support team at help@rownfusny.com. Include "Warranty Claim" in the subject line.
Provide Details: In your email, clearly describe the issue you are experiencing.
Proof of Purchase: Attach a copy of your original purchase receipt (or order confirmation) clearly showing the date of purchase and the ROWNFUSNY product model. This is essential for validation.
Information: Provide your full name, shipping address, and contact phone number.
Assessment: Our support team will review your claim and may request further information or troubleshooting steps. We reserve the right to determine if the issue is covered under this warranty.
Resolution: For valid claims, we will typically repair or replace the defective headset (or its components) at our discretion. Replacement units may be refurbished. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return the defective unit to our designated facility. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement unit back to you.

Warranty Period: The warranty coverage begins on the date of the original retail purchase.
Transferability: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
